Today’s Basics covers topics required by the SAFE Act: (3 hrs) of federal law, (2 hrs) of ethics , and (1 hrs) of nontraditional mortgage lending. The CA-DBO portion satisfies the requirements set forth by the SAFE Act for a 1-hour California-DBO elective continuing education course for MLOs.
